    Terms and Conditions

     

    Important legal notice to all persons doing business with Fajer Teknologia hereon referred to as “Amanah” or any of its affiliates, shareholders, agents, officers or subsidiaries (each, and collectively, an “Fajer Entity”): the following standard terms and conditions apply to and govern any commercial transaction with any Fajer Entity and are deemed accepted by third parties who do business with any Fajer Entity, including receiving any payment from any Fajer Entity

     

    Definition

     

    “Confidential Information” shall mean any information that is marked or otherwise designated as “Confidential” or is clearly by its nature confidential and is disclosed to the end user by Fajer in connection with this Agreement.

     

    “Service(s)” shall mean the software solution and its functionalities as developed, introduced and described by Amanah

     

    “Data” shall mean the content created, shared or stored by end users with Fajer using the Services.

     

    “End User” shall mean a person, whether natural or legal, acting in the course of a business, and who agrees to be bound by the terms contained in this Agreement.

     

     

    Modifications to the Terms

     

    Fajer reserves the right to modify the terms of this agreement at any time, and provide written notice within 30 days to the end user regarding the changes that may directly affect the services provided to the end user.

     

     

    Account Creation

     

    The end user would require to sign up for a user account by providing name, civil ID, address, and phone number to use the services.  The end user agrees to a) provide Fajer with true, accurate, and complete information b) maintain and promptly update this information during the course of use of the Services.  The end user will be empowered to delete their account at will as a means of data protection and to tend to any privacy concerns.

     

    Confidentiality

     

    The end user agrees to hold Amanah’s Confidential Information in strict confidence and not to use such Confidential Information for any purpose outside the scope of this Agreement; the end user agrees not to disclose such Confidential Information to third parties not authorized by Fajer to receive such Confidential Information. The end user login credentials are strictly confidential, and Fajer shall not be held responsible for any unauthorized access to the user account arising from failure to keep the login credentials safe and secure. 

     

    The data gathered will not be used for Marketing or will not be shared with any other 3rd parties for any other processing without the end users consent.

     

     

     

    Fees and Payment Terms

     

    The end user agrees to pay Fajer any fees determined by Fajer for the service.  Fajer reserves the right to modify the fees for the Services at any time by providing a thirty (30) days’ prior written notice to the end user.

     

     

     

     

    Termination

     

    Fajer shall be entitled to terminate the Contract immediately upon notice if the end user fails to make the payments for the services requested from Fajer as agreed upon when signing up for the service.

     

    Fajer may immediately terminate the end user account if the end user is in breach of any restrictions listed in this Agreement.

     

    Upon termination the end user agrees to make all due payments accrued during the terms of the contract and abstain from using the services of the said account provided by Amanah.
